Description

Eastern Redbud. A spreading shrub with beautiful; heart-shaped; dark purple-red leaves. Deep crimson; purple or pink flowers are borne before the leaves appear. Max Height 10m. Max Spread 10m. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
